This years Spring Camp will be May 19-21, and held at Hidden Cove Resort in Phillips WI.

The 2023 Wisconsin Veterans Fishing Camp will be held October 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th.  We have a waiting list, so please continue to Nominate Veterans.

Please take into consideration that there are physical requirements for the Camp. Please contact us with any questions. We want every Wisconsin Veteran to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. We can direct you to other Veteran organizations across the state that can accommodate Veterans with limitations.

The “Wisconsin Veterans Fishing Camp” was established to give the opportunity to Veterans from around the state of Wisconsin to attend a fishing camp dedicated to them. This is our way of showing our HEROES how THANKFUL we are for their service to our country, as well as for our FREEDOM.

The camp is held at Hidden Cove Resort, in Phillips, Wi. Owner Regina Damjanovic, has donated the entire Resort free of charge for the camp. The Veterans that attend the camp do so free of charge. The only expense for the Veterans is their travel to and from the camp. ALL food, drink, and fishing licenses are provided by sponsors and donations. Veterans will fish exclusively with some of the finest Guides in the state. Our Guides donate their time, equipment, boats, and travel expenses for the camp. 100% of donations and sponsorship is used toward the camp and for our Veterans. Attending Veterans will have the opportunity to fish for Crappie, Walleye, Northern, and Muskie. Each day meals are prepared by our camp Cook. For full days of fishing bag lunches are prepared for each Veteran and Guide. Would you like to Nominate a Veteran ? Are you interested on how to  Become a Sponsor ? It is simple. 1. I feel very fortunate to have been one of the veterans chosen to be a part of this awesome three day event. I can’t thank everyone enough involved including my fellow veterans for an awesome time to say the least. It was a fun filled three days that just went by way too fast. This is a memory that I enjoy sharing with others and will cherish forever. Someday hopefully I can in some small way contribute back to this great program so more veterans can share this event in years to come. Thank you to all the guides for their time, talent, use of their boats, tackel and skills for a wonderful time Hidden Cove Resort for hosting this event, the camp cook, Johns dad for the awesome fish fry, and last but not least the friendship and memories of fellow veterans. Thank you one and all and especially Joel Walczak and John Carlson
